The primary purpose of this position is to enrich the advance the delivery of meaningful HR data driven decisions in support of HR and business objectives. This position is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support projects HR processes users and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building predictive models. Further responsibilities include developing requirements implementing reporting and analytics strategies and delivering results using advanced tools.  This position is also responsible for continuously transforming our visualizations to support business models. Drive initiates that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. This position will interact with and is expected to communicate results recommendations and secure buy-in across a broad range of users stakeholders and management.

 Specific Responsibilities Include:

  •  Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics;
  • Participate in evaluation reporting analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions;
  • Create maintain and ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets reports and metrics; Provide high level consulting to identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs develop and support reporting tool enhancements and prepare reports and reporting solution specifications;
  • Research and analyze data to identify trends uncover potential issues and work with HRBPs and other HR functions to develop recommendations;
  •  Communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence leaders through data analytics and thoughtful interpretation of findings;
  • Gather data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports scorecards dashboards executive presentations and analysis on key HR metrics;
  • Maintains awareness of best practices including processes and technology and identifies opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
  • Develop use existing or research new tools that efficiently and accurately present data in useful formats;
  • Seek opportunities for synergy improvement simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting;
  • Consult with HRBPs and the business to define problems gather data draw conclusions and make recommendations;
  • and Assist with broader HR and enterprise initiatives and strategy planning.


  •  Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience: 2 years relevant experience or equivalent
  • Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills in various reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau Alteryx.
  • Knowledgeable in Data science and advanced analytics and data wrangling.
  • Additional knowledge around database query reporting tools;
  • Demonstrated expert level technical skills in MS Excel advanced formulas data manipulation macros and charting
  • Data prep experience with visualization tools Lumira Tableau PowerBI etc. and other enterprise reporting and analytics packages preferred SaS R IBM Watson Analytics etc.

 Special Skills:

  • Ability to execute complex reporting and analytics to help tell HR stories to drive data driven decisions to support projects processes users and stakeholders with the ability to perform detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights build predictive models and produce impactful visualization of the insights for end user consumption;
  • Experience with process documentation identifying improvement opportunities and specific measurements to track performance post implementation;
  •  Proven ability to manage projects within HR
  • Understands how to escalate drive issues to resolution manage budget perform resource planning and manage scope;
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions; Superior organizational and problem solving;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities deliverables in a fast-paced dead-line oriented environment;
  • Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion; Experience collaborating with solutions to enable project completion;
  • Consistently delivers high-quality timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers;
  • Background in Project Management; Passion for learning; and team player.
